Many of our lovely readers would like an update on Derick's mom since the wedding.Following the engagement of Derick and Jill, Derick's mom Cathy, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Now having it be 10 months later, Cathy is doing really good and just went to PET Scan and Bone marrow biopsy which both came back clear. She will have another check to see if it came back if the symptoms reappear.
Right before Derick and Jill said I do, her doctor did not think that she would survive another day but she proved them wrong and made it to see her son walked down the aside to married Jill. Cathy's story is a clear sign from the Lord that he is faithful to those that are faithful to him.
Jill reveals that Cathy is so excited to meet her first grandson that is due at the end of March!
