Jim Bob and Michele are about to celebrate their 30th year being married. They invited Derick and Jill along with Jessa and Ben on a date. Jim Bob and Michelle decided to plan a special night for the couples. The couples head into the car where Jim Bob starts driving over the speed limit. Jim Bob gets pulled over by a cop who makes everyone get out of the car and line up on sidewalk.
Jill reveals that she figured out that her father was on it since the cop cuffs on both of the girls with their suitors. Jim Bob gets handed the keys and leaves. Jim Bob and Michelle want to teach their girls and the boys how to work as a team and talk about everything. They have many things planned. Ben and Jessa have two cuffs between them since they are not engaged.
Jim Bob and Michelle take the couples to a local park where they have to make ppj sandwiches. They headed over to the playground to do a obstacle Couse which Derick and Jill win.
Next thing that the groups do is head to Jim Bob's friends to shoot a bow and arrow. By the end of the evening Jim Bob and Michelle feel confident about the relationships.
Over at DC, Josh is getting ready to run a 5k race which is almost a little over 3 miles. Anna reveals that her husband has been doing some training but they are not runners. Josh set a goal for 30 minutes but did not make it but he is satisfied that he finished the race.
