Recap: Count Your Blessings

Lauren is preparing for a visit from her mom and mother-in-law. Lauren is currently getting better from her drepression from her miscarriage in October 2018. Both her mother and Michelle had a miscarriages and offer their support.
Josiah and Lauren had chosen the name Asa for their first child in heaven. They have created a memory box for their first little one which included the shirt that Lauren wore to annouce the pregnancy and a letter.
Jessa says that Lauren shared the same due date as she does. Jessa reveals that the miscarriage had opened her eyes not to complain about it since Lauren lost her child.
Jinger and Felicity are in Arkansas to visit her grandmother since her health is declining. Just two months before the episode was filmed, Grandma Duggar had two strokes within weeks of each other. Jinger meets up with her parents, grandma and Kendra at Joseph and Kendra's home. Grandma Duggar has a smile on her face despite of her health.
Jim Bob says that he has always looked up to his mom for her work ethic and love for the Lord. Jim Bob gets a photo with Grandma, Michelle, Jinger and Felicity. Jessa and John says that their grandma has been a giver and is faith. Josiah says that he would not be the same man without his grandma.
Jinger later gets together with Jessa and Kendra. Jessa says that if the baby is a girl then they will have to think about an addition sooner than later. With her sister in town, Jessa has her ultrasound and brings Jinger, Jana and Anna.
John and Abbie are currently on their Finnish honeymoon and head to a town on the arctic circle. They head to a glass blowing studio where Abbie makes a bowl while John makes a vase. Abbie says that it's nice to have a souvenir to use until their children break it.
The couple heads to a snow hotel which was made out of snow and ice expect for the bed. John says with it being cold that there is no excuse but to cuddle. The next morning, they head to snowmobiling. One of the riders had an accident causing Abbie to go slower and be more cautious
    “I was a little uneasy after I got on my snowmobile,” says Abbie. “I went a little bit slower and was a little more cautious after seeing what had happened to the lady who ran into the tree.”
