Currently as of right now, the Duggar family have four grandchildren celebrating their birthdays but that is all about to change when Derick and Jill welcome their second son.
Welcome to the Duggar family blog. Jim Bob and Michelle have been married since 1984 and have 19 children. Thirteen of their children are married. They have forty grandchildren with one on the way.
