TLC's statement over Derick's release
As many of you know that last night we announced that TLC has decided that Derick will not be on the show anymore.
We want to let our viewers know that Derick Dillard has not participated in Counting On for months and the network has no plans to feature him in the future. We want to reiterate that Derick's personal statements do not reflect the views of the network. TLC is proud to share the story of Jazz Jennings and her family and will continue to do so.

TLC ate hypocrites. They put honey boo boo on after her mother let her daughter's molester live with them. Love this show and your family but will never watch TLC again. It is called FREEDOM OF SPEECH and on that case, ban every single show that whines about Trump or anything. Tlc used to be the best channel out.... now its just garbage.

DeleteI wasn't aware of this but since he has not been on counting on in months its okay not to feature him. They even took Anna and her kids off as well. I'm a little surprised at Derrick's comments. I'm not certain he knows anyone who is trans gender and has no experience with it. We are all entitled to our own opinions. It does not show he is a hypocrite it just shows he has no context in which to place the experience of trans gender. And counting on is the only show on TLC I watch. God bless the duggar family
ReplyDeleteTLC has the right to be concerned. Derrick DID BASH Jazz, whether who runs this page, believes it or not! We are all created special in God's eyes. Do I hate Derrick? No, I pray for this man. I hope he finds some compassion for others, as God tries to teach us!

DeleteDerick did not bash Jazz. He said his opinion about transgenders and that he did not agree with changing who God created you to be. I, for one, will never watch I am Jazz.
@Michelle Derick just expressed his opinion about a person who was created by God to be a boy and who is trying to change what God created him into an opposite sex. This is Derick's opinion. And we have a freedom of speech.
DeleteWith all due respect, I have personally seen the Twitter posts, as I have a Twitter account. And yes he did. I don't care whether Derick "approves" of Jazz or others like her, but God will judge all as he will Derick!
Delete@Michelle There was a series of tweets. Originally Derick said it was unnatural to pretend to be of another gender. The latest tweet was that Jazz id being taken advantage of by those who wants to promote this agenda and by her parents who let a child to make these decisions, and that he pities Jazz. And said that it's unfortunate what is on TV these days. I think that was the tweet which caused TLC to drop Derick.
DeleteI think the duggars should drop tlc and go to the network that the Bates are on, probably less money but if this show is about you and your family you should be able to be true to yourself and your beliefs.

DeleteI am telling the truth as difficult as it may be I am not making any of this up. Being gay or Transgender is a mental disorder. Look up the real gay agenda, it isn't at all about love and acceptance. Hollywood elites and main stream media have spread false propaganda about the gay and transgender mental disorders to further their New World Order agenda. Jazz is a loved child of God just like we all are, and should be who God made him to be, a boy. Hollywood elites rape and molest boys and girls. They kill and eat babies and adult humans, they're Satanists and have much power and money billions of dollars. It's however our fault we allowed them to have all this power. Look into it. Satanists mind control the music and entertainment industry. Look up MK Ultra, this stuff is real and evil as evil gets! Celebrities that spoke up against it have been killed. You want the world to be like Hollywood? You might not need to wait much longer. Jesus is coming and he will end it all. Long live Christ the King! Satan will be thrown back into the pits of hell forever. I pray for the lost souls that have sold their soul for fame and fortune, many are innocent as they have been thrown into it as children, It is very difficult to get out of lawless Hollywood once you're in and know their secrets, many fear for their lives. Do you see the faces of the Olsen twins? They look like ghosts like their soul has been ripped out.

Keep your head up, God is certainly on your side and so are many other people including me. :) If God is for you who can be against you? One day we will all be held accountable and will stand before our wonderful Lord. Many will not make it to heaven as the bible says, this saddens me but I trust the Lord is a just judge.

ReplyDeleteDerick did not say anything rude to Jazz. He just disagreed that playing in an opposite sex is normal. And said that her parents should not encourage that. I don't think that Derick's kids will ever be gay or transgender, They live in a loving family who has roles of men and women, and the kids will just follow what they know. I think talking about Jazz etc is just paying too much attention to gender and sex, and why do we have to talk so much about sex? It is everyone's personal matter. People should be interested in families, work, how they contribute to the society. Of course, TLC had another show about schizophrenic Janny, and that was to increase awareness on such illnesses. What do we gain from watching Jazz? That some people think more about their gender than anything else, than studying, school, work... And the child is made to devote her life to constant obsession with her gender instead of studying, exercising, working. Gender activist from the age 5. Great. Some kids help the environment, make real contributions.
