During Jill and Derick's engagement, Jill wanted to be there for her fiance and mother-in-law. Jill's sister stepped in and help out a lot.
During Derick and Jill's wedding, Michelle made sure that her youngest girls and granddaughter stay still and quiet.
Josh and Anna wanted to make sure that they kept their wedding as cheap as they could. They did not have their invites match at all and made sure that their families had the same design. Anna actually wore her sister and she made her own veil and dresses for the bridesmaids.
During Josh and Anna's wedding, John David played a prank on his brother. He knew that they had put the weddings somewhere safe.
Jackson was joking about his plans to play pranks at Justin's wedding. The producers asked Justin will he do the same to Jackson, He said that he doesn't know but maybe will take his girl.
Jim Bob and Michelle had planned their wedding on a strict budget. Their kids have only had short engagements but their parents waited about seven months to marry. Michelle had made her own bouquet and cake and their wedding was really small.
When Jim Bob and Michelle renewed their vows after 25 years of marriage, the kids were in the wedding party. Michelle was also pregnant with Josie at the time.
At the end of the episode, they played a game of how well do you know your spouse and it was revealed that Jim Bob doesn't know the color of his wife's toothbrush.
Jim Bob and Michelle only have 16 more weddings to plan and Josiah is the only one that is courting, so there is a chance that his wedding is next.

Recap: DC Duggars hit the road

Josh remembers how it as when Jim Bob and Michelle gather their children and took them on road trip. Both Josh and Anna wanted that same experience for their children.
On the first day of their trip, Josh tries to start their RV and it won't turn on so he calls someone to come and help work on their RV. It takes a few hours before the RV is ready to go. Josh and Anna make it to Pennsylvania and stops at a fruit stand where the woman is Mennonite and reveals the difference between Amish and Mennonite. The family ends up staying the night at a campground.
The next morning, The family sets off for Gettysburg where they get a tour from General Mike. Mackynzie and Michael both love the big rocks that they climb. The Duggars decided to dress up in clothing from Civil War and head to take photos. The camera needs 13 seconds and for Marcus that is a long time and ends up having a blurry face.
On the third morning, Josh and Anna head to take some more tours and stop at the World largest Coffee pot. The RV decides to give out it's power steering and Josh remembers that his family has a lot of issues with RV trips. Thankfully, Josh knows how to fix it and they are back on road.
Four days into the trip and Josh and Anna stop at a park which then heads to the state fair. Josh and Anna try a donut burger. Anna wants to make sure that they keep to the vegetables and fruit but Josh wants to have burgers which is not the healthiest for them.

Josh and Anna are just outside of Chicago where they stop and have some chicken. Anna wants to know how the chicken was made and gets invited back to find out how to make it. Josh revealed that he was a little disappointed that his wife wasn't able to get the recipe.
