Bates family updates

It's been a while since we shared a Bates family update. As you all know that we have a Bates family blog where you can get more updates on the family.

The family is expecting four grandbabies. They have one baby due in February around the same time as Grandduggar #20. They have three grandbabies due in June 2021. Who is expecting you might ask? It's Alyssa (due February), Whitney (due June), Tori (due June) and Josie (due June)

Four grandbabies due in November

Anna Duggar just announced that Joy, Kendra, Lauren are due in November along with herself.

If you are wondering how the line up for due dates are it's Kendra, Joy,  Lauren and then Anna!

Recap: Love is in the air

Jinger is getting closer to her due date. She hopes to have the baby soon so she can avoid having a big baby like her sisters. Jeremy makes a spicy Indian dish that makes everyone start coughing and sputtering. From what people have heard that spice is supposed to help get things started but it doesn’t work.

Back home, the crew has a few of the siblings try different levels of hot sauce and Jason wins the challenge.

John and Abbie have been courting for the past few months and they are ready to take the next step. John reveals that they have felt that they knew each other forever after one week of courting. John even introduced her to the family as his girlfriend after two weeks.

Abby reveals that John has been very steady and nothing riles him since he likes to have fun. The couple has been able to see each other every weekend. John reveals that the more he gets to know Abby the more he loves her.

John is getting ready for the propose to her and ends up getting help from a photographer, Lori Blythe who works in Fredericksburg, Texas. John is hoping to propose in Texas, so it works out prefect.

John and Jana travel to Oklahoma. John shares that his sister has been his wing woman for years and is a blessing. Abbie along with her sisters, Maggie and Carinna, are making peach salsa. Abbie reveals that John has been very romantic by buying her flowers and painting her nails for her. While Abbie is cooking, John comes up behind and surprises her, he reveals that she needs to pack a bag so they can go on a journey.

They head up to Texas where Lori is setting up the hanger for the proposal. John and Abbie reveal their courtship has been different than his siblings. They have been giving each other side hugs and showing affection. They arrive at the airport and have dinner before heading to the hanger. Jana and Maggie hang back when they arrive at the hanger. John asks her to marry him and she says yes. They have a few frontal hugs after it and he is so excited for the engagement. The photographer does a photo session to showcase this wonderful moment.

Meanwhile, Jinger is currently 38 weeks pregnant with her first child. She has invited her sisters (Jana and Jessa) and their friend Laura. They are going to set up the nursey. They need to get out all the beds and Jeremy’s soccer jerseys to the garage to make room for baby girl. The couple has four bedrooms: One is the master, office, guest room and now the nursey.

Jeremy reveals that he wasn’t prepared to have his jerseys removed just like his books being locked in a closet.

One of the producers asked Jana if she feels bad for Jeremy and she says no since he is adding another little girl into his life. First, he was adding Jinger to his life and now he is adding a baby girl so it’s more precious than his soccer jerseys.

Jinger admits that she didn’t have a vision and she just left it to the girls. The theme is southwestern. Jeremy and Jinger head to San Antonio to check on the baby. Her birth team will feature Jeremy, Michelle, Jana, Laura and Jeremy’s mom. Jeremy’s father will be in the hospital but not in the room. Jinger reveals that she wants her mom there because she has been through it for many times and is the biggest comfort.

Three days before her due date, Jinger heads to the hospital to get induced. Jeremy reveals that he was not nervous and anxious for his wife. He is more anxious for himself and hopes that he can be the strength that she needs him to be.

J&K: 9 months of marriage!

Joseph and Kendra are still the youngest Duggar marriage until Josiah and Lauren's wedding day which is coming soon.

The couple is due to welcome their first child on Father's Day. 

6/11 Update: Joseph and Kendra welcomed their first child on June 8th and his name is Garrett!

Jinger at 25 weeeks pregnant

Jinger is just 15 weeks away from her due date. She shared a new photo of her baby bump at 25 weeks along.

 On Monday, Jeremy and Jinger announced that they are expecting a baby girl!

Pregnant Girls

2018 started with a special news that both Kendra and Jinger were expecting as Joy Anna was coming to an end with her pregnancy. The girls shared a photo with US magazine with a pregnancy update. Since the photo, Joy has given birth to her son on February 23, 2018. Both Jinger and Kendra are due later this summer with their first babies. Kendra is expecting a boy and Jinger has not announced the baby's gender as of yet.

It reminds us when Jill, Anna and Jessa were pregnant in 2015. Jill was pregnant with Israel, Anna was pregnant with Meredith and Jessa was pregnant with Spurgeon. It was not the last time that the girls had been pregnant together. It had happen again in 2017 when Anna was pregnant with Mason, Jill was pregnant with Samuel and Jessa was pregnant with Henry.

Jinger at 22 weeks pregnant

It's been two weeks since we shared her last baby bump and today we are sharing her 22nd week baby bump.

We thought that it would be nice to share a few of the other girls at 22 weeks but we were only able to find Jessa at 22 weeks pregnant.

 

Update on The Bates

 We wanted to do an update on the Bates family! Zach and Whitney have welcomed their daughter, Kaci, into the world and in about a month Chad and Erin will welcomed their daughter, Brooklyn, by the end of July!

Baby Seewald is due in November and today marks two months until it's due date. Ben and Jessa are getting everything ready for their baby. 

Jessa has not revealed if she plans to do a homebirth or a hospital birth yet.

Nine months of marriage!

Ben and Jessa have been married for the past nine months. They are expecting their first child right now and are due in three months which is the same day as their first anniversary!

Baby Watch: Rumors!

Right now the rumors is that Anna gave birth to her daughter in their family home in Arkansas on Friday. That might not be the case or it is. Josh and Anna have announced it.

Anna will be 41 weeks on Friday if the baby is not here.

We will be posting another Baby Watch on Tuesday Morning! 

22 weeks pregnant

It's hard to believe that Jessa is now 22 weeks pregnant with her first child. They still haven't announced if the baby is going to be a boy or girl.

18 weeks pregnant

Ben and Jessa are 18 weeks pregnant with their first child. There has not been any word about the gender yet. We are super excited for it. The pregnancy will be featured in next season that should be airing in the fall.
