Duggar girls Lawsuit update

We have an update regarding the Duggar girls lawsuit.
The judge in the girls case has reveal that on September 20th, they would like the case settled.
The girls originally filled the lawsuit soon after In Touch magazine release the report that Josh had touched them inappropriate. The Duggars shared a statement regarding the release.
The girls Lawyers said they plan to streamline their damage claims to include money for a lifetime therapy plan and for emotional distress, pain and suffering.
The news was revealed shorty after their brother was arrested. 
Jessa and Jill are the only ones that came forward in a interview in defense of their brother.

Update as of May 20th: U.S. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks on Friday moved the trial from Sept. 20 to Dec. 9 to give the parties more time to prepare.

Josh to sue in Touch Weekly!

Josh Duggar has filled a lawsuit against In Touch Weekly on Thursday, July 6th. Josh is not the first Duggar to sue In Touch weekly as Joy, Jinger, Jessa and Jill announced their lawsuit in late May.

Josh revealed that he had to get security to protect his family from the death threats that he was getting. At the time that they were getting investigations into his touching his sisters. He along with his parents were promised that the report would never go public.

He says the poorly redacted reports contain identifying information including his and both of his parents’ names, the family’s address, and clearly identified one of the alleged victims as his then-5-year-old sister.

Josh Duggar seeks punitive damages for invasion of privacy, outrage, due process violations and emotional, mental and psychological distress.

Duggar girls file a lawsuit

We have some news to share with you all. It's been almost two years since the news broke that Josh had inappropriate touch five girls.
On Friday (May 19th), The Duggar girls (Jessa, Jinger, Jill, and Joy) announced their plans to sue the city, the police, and in touch weekly for the release of their brother's inappropriate touching records regarding their brother, Joshua.

 If you all remember, news broke in late May 2015 that Joshua touched his sisters and a babysitter. Jim Bob, Michelle, Josh and Anna all released statements regarding this matter. Right after Josh and Anna welcomed their daughter, TLC decided to cancel 19 kids and counting.
