Duggar girls Lawsuit update

We have an update regarding the Duggar girls lawsuit.
The judge in the girls case has reveal that on September 20th, they would like the case settled.
The girls originally filled the lawsuit soon after In Touch magazine release the report that Josh had touched them inappropriate. The Duggars shared a statement regarding the release.
The girls Lawyers said they plan to streamline their damage claims to include money for a lifetime therapy plan and for emotional distress, pain and suffering.
The news was revealed shorty after their brother was arrested.
Jessa and Jill are the only ones that came forward in a interview in defense of their brother.

Update as of May 20th: U.S. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks on Friday moved the trial from Sept. 20 to Dec. 9 to give the parties more time to prepare.
