Josh had court on Wednesday where we learned that he will be released the following day as he awaits trial.
Josh will be allowed to see his children as long as Anna is there. He will not be allowed to be with the Duggar siblings that are under 18 or his nieces and nephews.
Josh's trial is stated to start in July right before Meredith's birthday.
If he is convinced, he will spend forty years in prison.
