For ten weeks, the girls were all pregnant at the same time. Jill was at the end of her pregnancy when Jessa found out that she was pregnant.

Jill- due March 2015 but gave birth on April 6, 2015
Anna- due July 2015
Jessa-due November 2015

41 weeks pregnant!

Derick and Jill are currently 41 weeks pregnant with their first child. 

There has been no word if baby Dilly has been born yet.

Jill's pregnancy update: 37 weeks pregnant

Derick and Jill are now 37 weeks. There has been a lot of questions about when her due date is since it was announced on the show during her first midwife's appointment is March 26th. It's just by two days and normally this happens. Jill announced that she is due on March 24th. The baby could come at any time. 

Jill is due in three weeks on Tuesday!

How Jill and Derick Dillard Are Getting Ready for Their Little One?

Get out the booties, blankets and birthing tub, "Baby Dilly" is weeks away.

The newest addition to the expansive Duggar clan featured on TLC's hit reality show 19 Kids & Counting is due in March – and his parents Jill and Derick Dillard are getting into ready-mode, they tell PEOPLE exclusively. "Baby Dilly" is the nickname the couple has been calling the baby throughout her pregnancy.

"I feel great, I feel really good," says Jill, 23. "He's moving around a lot and doing a lot of rolling."
She and her husband Derick, 25, revealed her pregnancy exclusively to PEOPLE two months after their June 21, 2014, wedding. They attended birthing classes and now that she's at 35 weeks, they're getting the house ready for their planned home birth.

"We're getting the birthing pool, things like that," says Derick. "We have a bassinet and a crib."

While Jill has years of experience with babies as a sibling to 18 kids, she is also a midwife. Along with her midwives, her sister Jana, 25, will be available for support, she says.

"And my sisters, mom and Derick's mom are available as errand runners," she says.

Jill's younger sister Jessa, 22, who was married Nov. 1, and her husband, Ben Seewald, 19, shared their hope to adopt children as well as have biological children of their own – something that Jill and Derick have also said they would like to do. But in the meantime, they are ready to welcome their new boy into the world.

Derick, who has just one sibling – his younger brother, Daniel – says he is looking forward to both of them changing their first diaper.

"I think my brother will be a great uncle," Derick says. "He has as much baby experience as I do, but he has lined things up already, planning to take our son camping someday. We'll both get to change our first diaper."

32 weeks pregnant!

Derick and Jill are 32 weeks pregnant with their first child. They are so excited that they are going to have a little boy.

Baby Dillard's 30 week pregnancy update!

It's hard to believe that tomorrow will mark ten weeks until the baby is due. Derick and Jill could have anywhere from seven weeks to eleven weeks until the baby arrives. They still have not released the name for the baby.

Journey to parenthood: Grandbaby #4 Month 6

Derick and Jill are six months pregnant and are excited that in a few months they will be welcoming their first child! This month has been really busy for the Dillards as they are celebrating their first Thanksgiving and Christmas as husband and wife along with their first New Year!

29 weeks pregnant with Grandbaby #4

Jill and Derick have a little over two months until their little man arrives. With the new season about to start, Derick and Jill will give us a look into their pregnancy and how they found about the baby.

Grandbaby #4: 27 weeks pregnant!

Derick and Jill are 27 weeks pregnant with their first child. The pregnancy is going amazing and they are so excited to be first time parents!

November is over!

It's been a busy month for the Duggar family as they welcomed a new son-in-law into the family. Derick and Jill are now 23 weeks pregnant with their first child. Josh and Anna gave us an update on their family. Justin and Jessa celebrated their birthdays.

16 weeks pregnant

Jill is now 16 weeks pregnant. She is almost half way done with her pregnancy.

Pregnancy update: 12 weeks

Derick and Jill are officially 3 months pregnant. Our journey to parenthood would be moving to the second week of the month to fit their pregnancy months. But here's a photo for week 12!

Derick and Jill are expecting their first child which they announced in the last two weeks! We decided that we are going to do a series called "Journey to parenthood" which will come out within the first week of each month!!!

What letter will Derick and Jill take?

Derick and Jill have been getting questions on rather not they will be taking a letter of the ABC. Her parents have the letter J and Josh and Anna have the letter "M". What are Derick and Jill going to do?

Jill revealed to ETonline that they are not planning to stay with the same letter for each of their kids. They are thinking about other traditions like naming their kids after their family. Jill revealed that she is not leaning towards a boy or girl, They will be happy with either gender.

Jill reveals that she is craving sour things that she has been eating a jar of jalapenos right after she found out that she was pregnant. She's been taking extra care of herself by eating every few hours and getting enough protein. She loves having Ice fudge bars which is a prefect thing for summer. She finally revealed her due date which is March 24th.

Jill is adjusting well to being married to her husband. The couple live about 30 minutes away from her family. They spend about once or twice a week. Jill revealed that she is still doing her training when she is outside of her morning sickness. Jill reveals that it going to be a great way to learn while she's pregnant.

With her sister's wedding just right around the corner, she is trying to help her sister the best way that she can. She was asked if she knew that which ones of her brothers and sisters would be the next ones to court and she said Jana and John David.
