Recap: Family Dinner

The Boys are helping Ben and Jessa on putting their furniture into the house. Derick and Jill are packing up and leaving to DC for a visit. Josh plans to give Derick a lesson about teaching.
Josh and Derick are taking the kids to the store to get food for dinner. Derick learns how to buckle Marcus into his car seat.
Derick reveals that he can't picture himself with that many kids so day because Mackynzie and Michael keep coming up and down the aisles. Derick knows that he will adapt to being a father when Israel arrives.
Derick and Josh decided to give the girls a break of cooking. The ladies are enjoying it. Anna says that they are having a blast with Derick and Jill.
This was the first time that Anna and Jill have been pregnant for the same time. Jill and Anna decided that it's a good idea to have inspiration board which will be fill with bible verses and quotes for their husbands to read during labor.
 Meanwhile, Jessa is getting ready to make her first meal for her husband. She is nervous because she is not the best cook. Jessa knows that her tradition is to burn something. She ends up cooking the owner's manual. She also ends up using a hammer in place of the meat hitter. Ben loves his wife's cooking.

Date nights in DC

Anna revealed that they don't get that many date nights now that they live in DC since their family lives in Arkansas and Florida.

Josh and Anna try to go to the Mexican restaurant in the Capitol.  Josh and Anna have to be creative on how they do date night. They put the kids to bed and have their date night on the porch and share what is on their hearts.

Anna shares her tips about taking the kids on the date rather than buying a babysitter. Anna reveals that she tells the kids "We are going on a date, but you get to come with us, and we are going to practice our manners."

Anna reveals that the kids try to do their best to have good manners because they know that it's important. Anna remembers about going on a few dates with her mom and dad and it's special to see them taking time to focus on each other and their marriage.

Grandparents to Five!

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are now grandparents to five babies. Will they have another one on the way really soon?!

* Josh and Anna Duggar have three kids and expecting their fourth!
* Derick and Jill Dillard are expecting their first!

19 kids and counting "Duggar Girls Go Glam"

The older Duggar girls head to Freshair Salon for hair and makeup styles for Jill's wedding. This is the first time that the girls go to Salons. They normally head to friends who can cut hair and do that for them. The girls get their hair curled and pull back. On the day of the wedding, they all decided to wear their hair curly and mostly down since it's Derick's favorite.

Jana reveals that she is not in a courtship right now. Joy Anna reveals that she doesn't want to enter a courtship right now. She turns 17 years old at the end of this month.

The girls head to try on bridesmaid dresses that are modest and will be able to wear for future events. The girls fall n love with the mint green dress and has to do additional dress to make sleeves and rise the neckline and length. The dresses cost around 30 bucks for each. Jana is the girls main seamstress even through the other girl are proficient at sewing. Jessa and Joy are still working on their sewing skills.

Anna and the kids are learning how to make healthy foods from a friend that they met at the market. For a snack they create, Meatball, grape, pineapple kabobs which Mackynzie and Michael fall in love with. Heather introduces finger potatoes cook in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper along with green beans and squash; and salmon with peaches. Josh approves of the new cooking while the kids don't enjoy the squash but loves the rest.

a big idea and flea market challenge

On tonight's episode "a big idea" and "flea market challenge

Josh and Anna have some family coming into town. Anna's family drive about 12 hours to come visit and meet their new grandson Marcus and tour Josh and Anna's new home. Anna decides that she wants to venture out to D.C. alone and success manor of doing a parallel parking in the busy city. Meanwhile Josh has grown to save money when Anna packs his lunch everyday.

Michelle and Jana take Josie to visit the place that she spend three years of her life there. She gives the nurses and Dr. Arrington hugs. Jana and Josie play in the playroom since Michelle is going to into the nicu to pray for the families. 

Jim Bob handles Josie accident really well by taking her upstairs to get change where his oldest daughters take over. Michelle is the normal potty trainer while the girls help clean up. Jim Bob decides that it's time for the family to hold a garage sale or for their instance a yard sale to get some more space.

Flea market challenge

The whole family gets ready for their yard sale where Jim Bob and michelle give two teams 50 dollars to see if they can turn it 100. Jim Bob reveals that he has to encourage his older children to get their ideas but he is getting used to dealing with opinions that conflict with his. The girls use their money on hair bows and wooden ping pong guns while the boys get a bucket of knives.

Michelle and Joy Anna go through all the baby clothes to put in the flea market. Michelle reveals that this is the first time in about 24 years that they didn't have a baby in diapers and its a new change for them. The couple have been praying about adoption and michelle is learning to accept this chapter in her life.

While Josh is at work, Anna wants to take the kids to a mommy and me playgroup. Anna is a little nervous about taking all three of her children on the sub way. While at the playgroup, mackynzie enjoys the group while Michael learns that Anna isn't leaving him. Anna loves being able to talk to other moms and she wants to go there more.

Ministry work

The duggars headed to Ohio to talk about what God has done for them in their life. Josh and Anna with their kids were there watching their family talk.

Recap: Baby On the Way

Tonight, Josh and Anna are sharing the news of their new baby duggar. Michelle opens up about how it's hard to see her children growing up but they will always be her babies.
 Jill is revealing what she and her sister is studying to go in the world of childbirths. Jill hopes to learns Spanish midwifery terms so she can learn to deliver babies in Spanish  Jana is doing the coaching phase of childbirth and wants to be come a doula. Jim Bob claims that daughters are harder to let go. He claims that they are getting old since their daughters are helping giving birth. Jana knows that her parents are very supportive. Jill and Jana both work at "A mommy's butterfly midwifery" where they see a lot of mommys for their prenatal and postpartum visit. Venessa is overseeing the girls on their education and apprenticeship.
Josh and Anna learn that they are expecting on Mackynzie's third birthday like they did with Michael's pregnancy. They say that it hard to keep a secret from their family especially about their baby since they are always asking about the new arrival coming. Anna plans on a themed dinner where the younger ones don't know what it is but they think that it got something to do with the fall. Anna's meal has tater tots, bite-sized vegetable with pig in a blanket with sliders, and a baby carrier-shaped pumpkin filled with some fruit. Jill doesn't know how she is going to do it since Anna's kitchen is 1/6 smaller then the family. Mackynzie loves helping her mother with cooking but Anna knows that it takes longer when she is trying to teach her to help. Dinner is getting closer and they have a lot of things to do, Anna has Mackynzie and Michael down for a nap and calls in Josh's cousin to help her finish up.

Amy carves the pumpkin into a baby carriage and the head they use a cantaloupe. They are running late and so Anna locks the door to keep the family out to give them more time to finished. Anna loved doing it so they can finished. Amy thinks that she knows what the big surprise is.

The family guesses what the theme is and thinks that Amy is engaged or Josh and Anna are opening a restaurant and wanting to hire the others. At the end of the night, Josh and Anna give out a candy bar wrapped in a diaper to reveal that it's a baby.

Michael's 13 month of life!

Today Michael is turning 13 months old! He has gotten so big. There is no word that he is walking but he is standing
