We are so excited to announce that Joseph and Kendra are expecting their second child later this year.

The couple didnt announced their due date just yet but stay tune.

One month until three years

Derick and Jill are quickly approaching their third wedding anniversary. They are currently living in Central America and will return soon for the birth of their second son.

Jill's pregnancy update!

It's been about five months since Derick and Jill announced that they are expecting their second child, with a July due date. A few weeks after that, they announced that they were going to have their second baby boy. 

Jill has said that the pregnancy is going well thus far, as we make it into the home stretch now. Little “Samuelito” (as the locals call him) sometimes wakes mommy up at night now with his active kicking. We look forward to returning home soon to prepare for the birth (before we can’t fly anymore!).

Ben and Jessa sit down with TLCme to give an update on their newborn son. The couple has not chosen a name just yet.

 

Jill's pregnancy update #2

Derick and Jill revealed that they are now in the second trimester of their pregnancy and are having a little boy.

Jill also sat down with People with her other sisters (Jana, Jinger, Jessa, and Joy) to talk about her second pregnancy.

Jill says that she is relaxed about having her second child in July. They recently announced that the baby is a boy.

Jill says that she is going to see how it goes and make healthy and prepare as much as she can. Labor can be unpredictable.

Five days to go!

Just five days until Ben and Jessa are due to have their second child. Jessa posted a new baby bump photo.

When do you think baby Seewald will be here? Ben and Jessa were due with their first child on their 1st wedding anniversary but Spurgeon made his big debut just four days later.

39 weeks pregnant

Jessa is now 39 weeks pregnant with baby #2 which means that she is due in seven days. Today we announced the birth announcement blog which is (find out tomorrow morning!) We are so excited for her to arrive. The baby is consider to be full term this week.

The baby is currently weighting in a bit over seven pounds. It's is also about 20 inches long. It is the size of a mini-watermelon.

Do you think that we will make it to 40 weeks pregnant? 

Fun fact: When Jessa was pregnant with Spurgeon, he was born at 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant.

Jill's pregnancy update #1

Jill has said that her morning sickness has been really hard on her but it's finally going away. She hasn't said when her due date is but we are sure that it will be released when they announced the pregnancy on Counting On.

Until the due date is revealed then we will be doing every four weeks. When they revealed their due date, then it will be every two weeks. Then when, Jill is 36 weeks pregnant, it will go weekly.

38 weeks pregnant

We can't believe that the baby is due in two weeks. We are still working on our birth announcement blog. We should have it out by next week.

This week, the baby weighs about 6.8 pounds and is over 19 1/2 inches long. the baby is the size about the lenght of leek. The baby has firm grasp. It's organs have matured and are ready for life outside the womb.

This week, we will be starting baby watch.

36 weeks pregnant

Next week, we will start the weekly blogs until baby is born!

This week the baby is gaining some more weight. The Baby is now almost 6 pounds and is more than 18 1/2 inches long. The baby is a size of a head of romaine lettuce. It is shedding the most downy covering of hair as she is preparing for her bath.

At the end of this week, the baby will be consider as early term since they changed it from 37 weeks to 39 weeks. If the baby is born before 37 weeks, it is considered preterm. Most likely the baby is head down.

Our baby watch will start by the end of next week.

We will see you next week for 37 weeks pregnant. We will be starting baby watch at the end of 37 weeks!

Journey to parenthood: 7 months to go!

Derick and Jill share some surprising news about expecting baby #2 in July. Derick and Jill haven't released their due date just yet so while we are waiting for them to announce it, the pregnancy updates will be every four weeks. Also our journey to parenthood updates will be updated any time during the month.


As right now, Jill is anywhere from 9 weeks to 13 weeks pregnant with her second child.

Journey to parenthood: Grandbaby #8 introduction

Early this week, Derick and Jill announce that they are expecting baby #2 due in July 2017. The couple did not officially announce their due date as of yet but Jim Bob and Michelle asked how far along in the pregnancy and the couple said about three months pregnant.

They will be finding out the gender of the baby but we don't know if the couple will share it.

This baby will mark the second grandbaby to be born in the month of July! 

Grandbaby #8 is on the way!!!!

We are so excited that there is a new grandbaby on the way. Derick and Jill are expecting their second child in July 2017.

 No due date has been given yet.

Baby Guesses #3 and #4

For the past two days, we have been doing baby guesses and now we are doing our last one. We did merge the length and weight together.

If you want to guess the gender and birthday, you have to go to their blogs which are Monday and Sunday!

Ben and Jessa have four months until their second child is schedule to arrive. Jessa finally revealed her due date to be February 2nd.

Rumor Control

Many of you have been asking if Anna and Jill are pregnant now that Jessa recently announced her pregnancy with baby #2

Josh and Anna have not announced baby #5 is on the way. They are currently working on rebuilding their marriage and family.

Derick and Jill have both said that they want to have another baby but are currently not expecting their second child.
