Today is Jill's birthday. She is celebrating her first birthday as a new mom and a new wife.

A lot has changed since Jill's 23rd birthday. Jill is now happily married to Derick and mother to her son, Israel. She recently just celebrated her first Mother's day.

Jackson is turning 9 years old. He was the first duggar to be born on tv.
