Jeremy and Jinger have a visit from the Robles family. Luis and Cara have three children; Eli, Olivia and Emily. Jeremy and Luis were teammates on the New York Red Bulls soccer team. Jeremy remembers that back in the day he was a single guy and now they have settled down as a married couple. It was a good relationship that they had. During their time there, Jeremy and Jinger offer to take care of the kids so Luis and Cara can enjoy their dinner date. The couple gets asked what qualifies them to watch children and Jeremy responds that he used to be a child and she had 36 siblings that she watched.
Jeremy reveals that he has never changed a diaper. The Duggars are asked how many diapers they have change and their responses are:
Jinger: change hundred if not thousands of diapers in my lifetime
Jana: Handreds? Thousands?
Jessa: My parents changed the bulk of diapers but all of the kids definitely got our share.
Following Luis and Cara's departure on their date, Jeremy and Jinger enjoy playtime in the backyard before ordering pizza. Jeremy asked how Michelle does it with 19 kids and Jinger responds that she's amazing and he agrees with it. Babysitting goes well and he feels that he is ready for his own child.
Back in Arakansas, Lawson's family is preparing to head back to Georgia so her mother can give birth to their nineth child. The family has lived there for over one hundred years. Dwain and Lana are having a baby boy and plan to name him Duke. The couple has chosen to name their daughters with "L" names while their sons get "D" names. Lauren is sad about having to say goodbye to Josiah. Josiah and Lauren have been courting for a few months and have become best friends.
Dwain and Lana approve of the relationship that Josiah and Lauren have. They have nothing but praise for Josiah.
A little while later, Josiah heads to Georgia to meet the new baby and propose to Lauren. Josiah reveals that he is more neverous about losing the ring then the proposal. Josiah is thrilled to meet Duke Matthew Swanson who weighs a little over 7lbs. Lana reveals that her longest labor is eight hours and it was with Lauren. Josiah and Duke share a middle name and Dwain reveals that it's partly because of Josiah.
The next day, Josiah takes Dwain and David to the proposal site so they can get it ready. It's the same field that Dwain pop the question to Lana. The boys decide to string flours and put the picture frames and put flower petals out.
It's time for the big question so Josiah and Lauren head for a walk with Lauren's father. He walks away when they get there and Josiah gets down and says that he is so grateful her and wants to marry her. She agree to it and is very surprise. Now that they are engaged, they can hold hands and say I love you.
Joy is getting closer to her due date. She and Jessa head to the indoor track with Spurgeon and Henry. Jessa reveals that her labor pains with agony but it's important not to get discouraged.
