Back in November, Jeremy and Jinger are preparing to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. They head to dinner and reminisce how their first year has been. Jeremy reveals that she has opened up a lot with her humor by sharing jokes and pranks. Jeremy gives his wife a book that contains sheets of music which one that was played during their wedding and proposal.
The second part of Jinger's surprise is that her parents and brothers are heading into town. They arrived just in time for the piano to get there. Jeremy reveals that his wife has been a little homescick and this is the prefect time for a visit. The couple heads home and she is surprise that her new piano is there. She loves it and can't believe that she has her own.
The family comes out after the piano reveal and Jinger is so excited to see them. Jinger and Michelle spend time together while the boys are out shopping. Jinger reveals that she is having her mother at the birth for comfort.
The boys are preparing two of the favorites that Jinger loves and Jeremy hasn't tried yet which is canned tuna fish with barbecue sauce and tater tot casserole. Jeremy enjoys both of them. Jinger is so thankful to have them there however doesn't want them to leave.
Back home, Austin and Joy are working on the baby room. The couple reveals that they haven't found out the gender since Joy doesn't want to know.
Joseph and Kendra are heading to find out the gender of their little one with John David. John is planning to do something big at the gender reveal. Joseph and Kendra are expecting a little boy. Kendra is excited to have a little boy even through she guessed a little girl and even did her parents.
Josiah heads to visit Lauren's father to get his blessing to take the next step. Josiah feels that Lauren is the right one for him after only courting for a few weeks. Lauren's father asked him three questions and Josiah answers them all. He is also asked about his life work and he answers flipping cars, real estate, construction and anything he can do that will provie. Dwain gives his blessing.
