Recap: A new bundle of Joy

Jeremy and Jinger are enjoying their coffee date. Jeremy reveals that his wife is sweet, half awake, non-functioning human being without her coffee in the morning. Jeremy orders a pourover while Jinger gets a vanilla latte.

Jinger is considering creating her own coffee blend and making a small business out of it. The couple buys a bean roaster to see if they can learn it. They roast two batches and has a taste test. The first one is Ethiopian beans and it doesn't taste well while the second one is Panamanian beans and they taste like coffee but is too acidic than the couple would like. They hope to make a decent roast by the wedding.

Joseph and Kendra are getting ready to leave for the lake. They are bringing 20 friends and family members for their bachelor/bachelorette party. Kendra reveals that she loves being in the water and is a water bug. Jim Bob drives the pontoon while Kendra's father and John drive the ski boat. Kendra reveals that her father is in the 40s and still has that little kid side and enjoys making people flip off the inner tube while being pulled by the boat.

Kendra has never been tubing or skiing and her mom encourages her to try . She goes on them with Joseph while John drives and tries to flip them off.

They gather for a game on the shore. Jana asks Joseph and Kendra questions and they try to guess the answers. The couple has to put a marshmallow in their mouth if it's wrong. Joseph ends up getting more answers wrong than Kendra.

Joseph and Kendra agree that they want as many children that God will give them.

Austin and Joy are still making progress on their home. They have been married for two months and just found out some exciting news. They are taking a little bit of break so they can tell their families that they are expecting a baby.

The couple heads to Austin's family to share the news and they are super excited. Austin's mom is over the moon with the news.

The couple heads to Joy's family. Before they arrive, they text Jana and share the news who is super excited to have a new niece or nephew.

Jim Bob and Michelle are excited to learn that they are expecting their 10th grandbaby. The couple is asked how long before it will be before they can't remember all the grandbabies names and Michelle responds today.

Jim Bob thinks that the couple will have more than twenty grandbabies and they are going to have wear name tags.

The couple calls Josiah and shares the news and he is excited about the new baby.

The next step is Ben and Jessa's house to share the exciting news. Jessa reveals that the baby was a honeymoon baby. The two couples have a video chat with Jeremy and Jinger to share the good news.
Austin and Joy are in mixed feelings about finding out the gender of their child. Joy wants to wait while Austin doesn't. The couple waits until the baby is born.

Joy shares the news with Jill before heading to the house with balloons. They get all the little kids downstairs to find out the news.

The expected parents text the older siblings and share the good news with them.

Recap: Kendra's Birthday Surprise

Austin and Joy have been married for the past two months and are still working on their house. Joy reveals that she is hopeful to be the house within the next six months. Joseph arrives to help the couple with their home. Joseph shares that the wedding is a month away and is eager for the big day.
At Kendra's family home, the girls are getting ready for their overnight trip to Kentucky. Kendra says that the hard part of the trip is that she won't be able to see Joe for a few days.
The girls meet up with Michelle, Jana and Josie to head to the airport with John David. John will be flying them to their destination. Jana says that her twin brother is a good pilot but she likes her feet on the ground rather than in the air.
The next day, Joseph wakes up at four in the morning and heads to Kentucky to surprise Kendra for her birthday.
While in Kentucky, the girls head to Renee Miller's bridal shop to find the right dress. A small business own Ashley makes sketches of the dresses that Renee has prepared in order to give Kendra an idea of what she likes before trying on the gowns.
During the fitting, Joe and Kendra face time so he can wish Kendra a happy birthday. Kendra thinks that he is in Arkansas working but he is in the town.
Kendra tries the first dress and falls in love with the top but doesn't love the bottom because it's too simple for her taste. The second skirt has too many ruffles for her and the third one is more like a horse braid.
The fourth one is the one and has the prefect amount of pouf, volume, horse braid and everyone loves it inculding Kendra.
Kendra says that Miss Renee did an amazing job and she nailed finding the right dress for Kendra.
Kendra puts on the veil and the tears start falling. Lauren says that her sister is her rock and is her best-friend. She loves Joe and Kendra together and they are perfect for each other.
While Kendra is finding the right dress, Joseph heads to Spoonful of Sugar to pick up the birthday cake for his bride. The cake that he picks has purple with two layers. The cake has a lot of ruffles. The bakery is right next door to the bridal shop so he has to be careful to make sure that the girls doesn't see him.
John has been hanging out all day and meets his brother at the Tomatoes and Flames shop which is right around the corner. John reveals that he did not go with the girls since he did not need one. The boys set up the pink tables cloths, candles and balloons.
The girls arrive at the pizza place and Kendra is so happy to see Joe standing inside of the door. They share a frontal hug. The couple reveals that they try to stick to side hugs but sometimes they forget and give out frontal hugs.
Jeremy and Jinger are welcoming their friends James and Seung who live in NYC for a visit. Jeremy has known them for the past five years and Jinger has enjoyed getting to know them since she met Jeremy. Jinger reveals that they love hosting people and now that they have two guest bedrooms it has been really nice.
The group finds a mini golf course and team up for a couples match. Jeremy reveals that he doesn't like to lose because you play for a purpose and that is to win.
James and Seung end up winning up the game and Jeremy is not proud of his performance but is proud of his wife. Jinger performed better than he did. He adds that his wife is a natural at everything that she has put her hands on.
James and Seung decide to make dinner for their host. Grilling was hart since it was 105 degrees outside. During their meal, the couples talk about expanding their families and James adds that he thinks that Jeremy and Jinger are enjoying their time together.

Recap: Spurgeon's first haircut

Jeremy and Jinger moved into their home and are getting ready to replace the shelves in Jeremy's office. The first step is to remove the old ones and put them out in the garage. The couple has a hard time getting them in the garage since they can't get them past one of the corners.

Jeremy and Jinger were asked what they have learned about working together in marriage and they said that their personalities get along well but there has been some disagreements. Jeremy has come to learn that she is right and she is the boss.

The next morning, their painter arrives and helps them take out the shelf in about five minutes. The new shelves are put in and Jeremy is so happy.

Over at Ben and Jessa's home, Jessa is giving her husband a hair cut. Jessa learned how to cut hair and became the Duggar family unofficial barber for the boys in the family. Her skills have gotten better since than. Next it's time for Spurgeon to get his first haircut. Ben holds him and lets him watch a cartoon while Jessa cuts his hair. She is a little sentimental about the curls but is tired of having people thinking that Spurgeon is a girl.

Jessa reveals that Henry has had a little bit of trouble with eczema and digestion issues. To get him from scratching at his head, he wears socks on his hands. Jessa has cut out gluten, dairy, corn, nuts from her diet to hope to figure out what troubles his stomach.

Joseph and Kendra are ready to get the groomsemen ready for the wedding. They invite Jessa to come and help them. They ended up picking navy suits with blush pink ties. Kendra shares that she is a little bit overwhelmed with all the details since she is the first of the Caldwell children to get married. Jedidiah reveals that they were excited to come along and look at ties. He was joking when he said that.

Over at the Forsyth's, the couple is still getting used to living in the RV since their house is still being worked on. The couple decides to set up a table and eat in the room that will be the kitchen.

Everyone gathers at the big house for a fun day in the water. The highlight is the family's slip-and-slide that they have done every summer. They had a lot of fun during the day.

Recap: In Love in Switzerland

Austin and Joy are now husband and wife and they are heading to Swiss Alps for their honeymoon. Joy says that it's going to be different without her family being there and not having a sibling to watch. She is just loving being married and what it comes with it.

The Couple arrives to Geneva and start their trip with their first meal at a fondue restaurant. Joy tries the water but is afraid that she got something else. Austin tells her that it's just sparkling water.

Joy demonstrates her yodeling skills and she is pretty good. One of Joy's friends, Carlin, can yodel pretty well and has given her tips.

The couple heads to Interlaken to learn how to make Swiss chocolate at Funky Chocolate Club. They get advice from an older married couple to have as many children that they can. The other couple has five children and are blown away to learn that Joy has 18 brothers and sisters at home.

Joy reveals that they have left the size of their family up to God because he knows how many they can handle. They add that having 19 children is a rae thing but she doesn't think that every woman can do but they will see. It's up to God.

The next day the couple goes hang gliding with Bumble Bee Hang Gliding. Austin reveals that he is a pilot and he thinks hang gliding is going to be different. Joy reveals that she is nervous. They split up with two instructors. They run down the hill and the wind catches and they take off. Joy says that it was amazing and you can see everything and everything is gorgeous.

The couple heads to Zermatt by train to go skiing at Theodul Glacier. They wear ski pants and coats and head up. Joy says that they haven't had any instruction and set something up. They finished skiing and she removes her ski boots and socks. Austin says that you can take the girl out of Arkansas but you can't take it out of the girl.

The couple returns home and moves into an RV while they finished the house. Joy loves the RV but Austin is ready to move into the house. They reveal that they have ants and mice in the RV and want to be out within four months.

Joseph and Kendra are about to have their engagement photos done by a close friend. They were hoping to have Jinger take the photos but was unable due to schedule. Lauren comes along as chaperone.

Jeremy and Jinger head to have a tennis match. Jinger wears a tennis skirt and modest tank top. Jeremy has played a few times while Jinger has only played at least twice.

Jinger reveals that she has not played organized sports and Jeremy has given her some pointers. She learns pretty quickly but says that her husband is super competitive. Jeremy argues that his wife is also the same way and doesn't like to lose.

Jeremy and Jinger are stopping at their new home that is four bedrooms and two bathroom. They hired a spanish speaking painter and has hard time communicating with each other. Jeremy reveals that his books won't be in the closet at the house since he will have a new off. Jessa reveals that she has been scoled by many people for putting the books in the closet.

Jinger's siblings (Jana, John, Jessa, Jedidiah and Jeremiah) arrive in Texas to help along with Jennifer and Lauren. Jeremy reveals that he knows that there is a perk to marry someone with some many siblings and want to help them.

Jana and Jessa vote for the painting of the kitchen cabinet which is a dark wood color but the boys want to leave them. Jedidiah says that they have the okay to change the handles. The ladies get Jeremy on their side to paint the cabinets white.

The movers and the Duggars managed to get the couple into their house. Jana adds a white tile backsplash.

The siblings put the final touches within three days. They have the kitchen, master bedroom, living room, and dinning room all done but leave the guest rooms and office for Jinger and Jeremy to do themselves. Everything looks good and has gone under a big transformation.

Jeremy reveals that their interior decorators know what they want before they did and they did good.
Joseph and Kendra are heading to disc golfing with Kendra's family. The disc golfing place is built on the land where the Duggar family lived for many years and where the couple started their courtship.
Joseph and Kendra bring Michelle, Lauren, and Christina to meet Cindy and Laura at the church. They are working on wedding plans.

Austin and Joy head over to Fort Rock Family with a few of Joy's siblings. The camp is run by Austin's family. The couple reveals that they want to be part of the camp as much as they can.

Coming up on 19 kids and counting!


New episodes of 19 Kids and Counting start in March and run through April and May. One-hour specials on March 12th, 19th and 26th will feature the Duggars' trip to Japan and China. Season 7 premieres on April 2nd.
