Abbie is 38.5 pregnant with baby girl and is feeling pretty tired. John decides that he wants to film a video for his wife and baby. In the video he tells stories and interviews many of the family members. The family reveal that John used to be quiet and calm but has found his romantic side when he met Abbie. Jana reveals that she can't wait to meet her newest niece and there is a bit of connection since John is her twin brother.
Over at Ben and Jessa, the kids are working on making birdhouses and pine cone bird feeders. Ever since receiving a book about birds, Spurgeon has become interested in birds. Jessa is shocked that Henry can spell his name verbally.
Just ten days before her due date, John gives his wife a pedicure which is something that he has been doing since before they were married.
In LA, Jinger is making playdough while Jeremy works and attends classes during the weekday and ends up studying during the evening.
Just 8 days before her due date, Abbie goes into labor and both Michelle and Abbie's mom come over to support the couble. Michelle fills in the role of a doula. They head to the hospital around 2am when the contractions are about five minutes apart however the ER doctor calls it false labor and sends the couple home. Later that day, Abbie's father arrives and reads her scripture. Abbie is having hard contractions and is dilated to 5cm. Abbie is admitted to the hospital and gets into a low intervention room. Jana and a few of the girls bring Abbie and her labor team snacks for them to enjoy.
By ten pm, Abbie has not made any progressed and the doctor gives her pitocin and an epidural so she can get some rest. At 2am, it's time to push and the baby is born at 3:21am.
The family arrives home two days later and the Duggar family is on their way to meet the newest grandchild.
John shows his wife the video that he filmed before the birth. Abbie is touched by the video and she admits that when she thinks her husband can't get any sweater, he surprises her by getting even more sweeter.
