Many of our fans have been asking how Jill could be 14 weeks when she only got married 13 weeks ago. They announced that they were pregnant just two months into their marriage. Most women are normally keeping their pregnancy a serect untl they are out of the first trimester since most miscarriages happen during the first three months. When the couple revealed that they were expecting most of you guys wondered about the time.
Last week Jill posted a photo of her belly bump at 13 weeks and one day pregnant and she had only been married for 3 months, how could this be??? We are getting the math done and give you the answer.
Doctors normally count the first day of your last period as the start of your period and add that to 40 weeks to get the due date. The reason that they do this is it's easy to tell when a woman starts her period but it's hard to tell when she's overulating and then it's harder to tell when you actually get pregnant because normally takes about 1 full day after they make love for it to happen
Normally 5% of babies are due during this time. Sometimes they got early or they go late.
Many people say that Derick and Jill haven't kept to their courtship and engagment rules but that's not true. They did keep to the rules and did not wait long after they got married to start their family. We will be meeting the baby in about seven months.
A lot of Women have Honeymoon babies. I am so sorry Jill & Derick are having to field these types of questions! God has blessed them and that is all that really matters.
ReplyDeletecongrats, can not wait to meet little dilly
ReplyDeleteI was a honeymoon baby.
ReplyDeleteWhy is this even an issue? a couple that is married & has a supportive family is excited to bring a baby into the world, may the baby be healthy & bring all the joy that every baby should.
ReplyDeleteI don't see why people are making this a big deal. I got pregnant with my daughter the first week of my marriage. I got married in may and she was born in February. Doesn't mean I was pregnant when I got married.
