Double celebration

It's time for a double celebration! 
The Duggar family is celebrating Spurgeon's 10th birthday. They are also celebrating Jeremy and Jinger's 9th wedding anniversary.

    There's something wrong here. Spurgeon wasn't born the year before they were married.

      Please read what i wrote. Spurgeon is 10 years old meaning that he was born in 2015. Jeremy and Jinger were married in 2016.
