Countdown to Baby
How Jill and Derick Dillard Are Getting Ready for Their Little One?
Get out the booties, blankets and birthing tub, "Baby Dilly" is weeks away.
The newest addition to the expansive Duggar clan featured on TLC's hit reality show 19 Kids & Counting is due in March – and his parents Jill and Derick Dillard are getting into ready-mode, they tell PEOPLE exclusively. "Baby Dilly" is the nickname the couple has been calling the baby throughout her pregnancy.
"I feel great, I feel really good," says Jill, 23. "He's moving around a lot and doing a lot of rolling."
She and her husband Derick, 25, revealed her pregnancy exclusively to PEOPLE two months after their June 21, 2014, wedding. They attended birthing classes and now that she's at 35 weeks, they're getting the house ready for their planned home birth.
"We're getting the birthing pool, things like that," says Derick. "We have a bassinet and a crib."
While Jill has years of experience with babies as a sibling to 18 kids, she is also a midwife. Along with her midwives, her sister Jana, 25, will be available for support, she says.
"And my sisters, mom and Derick's mom are available as errand runners," she says.
Jill's younger sister Jessa, 22, who was married Nov. 1, and her husband, Ben Seewald, 19, shared their hope to adopt children as well as have biological children of their own – something that Jill and Derick have also said they would like to do. But in the meantime, they are ready to welcome their new boy into the world.
Derick, who has just one sibling – his younger brother, Daniel – says he is looking forward to both of them changing their first diaper.
"I think my brother will be a great uncle," Derick says. "He has as much baby experience as I do, but he has lined things up already, planning to take our son camping someday. We'll both get to change our first diaper."

Jessa and Ben Seewald's Relationship Dos and Don'ts
Ben and Jessa sat down with people and did many interviews about their relationship, family, and their marriage
Ben and Jessa have only been married for a little over three months but they are giving some advice about what they have learned so far.
"Ben is the best for sure at saying 'Sweetheart, we need to talk about this' if he senses I am irritated or upset about something," says Jessa Seewald revealed to people and then add "It's important not to turn away,"
"The most important thing is humility and putting the other person first," he says. "I try to make that my perspective – I'm here to serve her and help her. What can I do to make her life easier?"
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE at their home in Springdale, Arkansas, the newest Seewalds have much more to share on what they've learned – and say they are learning.
DO: TALK IT THROUGH
"It's important not to build walls or turn away from hard topics," says Jessa. "Not like, 'I am going to take my feelings and close off from you and build a little wall there.' The 'I'm-going-to-show-you attitude' really hurts. It's always best to open up and talk about things."
DON'T: YELL OR SCREAM
While yelling is "not the tendency" in the Seewald home, Jessa says, she also cautions that not being willing to talk about an issue can be problematic.
"Clamming up is just as bad [as yelling], she says.
DO: BUDGET
"We have been thinking about finances a lot lately," says Ben, who says he and Jessa want to avoid getting into debt and try not to waste money.
In addition to Duggar-type bargain hunting – Jim Bob and Michelle have often discussed their goal to "buy used and save the difference" on their show – Ben insists that giving money away is also important to the couple.
"If God blesses us with money, we want to find ways to give it to others who need help," he says.
DON'T: SKIP DATE NIGHT
Jessa says that Ben takes her out on date nights "sometimes twice a week" to romantic dinners or trips to the local ice cream parlor.
"Dates are investing in our marriage," Ben says. "That's a good way to spend our money."

Jessa and Ben Seewald Talk About Life as Newlyweds to PEOPLE Magazine
On the last season of "19 Kids and Counting," we watched the relationship between Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald grow. We saw Ben nervously ask Jessa's father for permission to court, plan a series of sweet dates (with chaperones, of course!), and move in to the Duggar's home. And at the end of last season, Ben orchestrated one incredibly romantic scavenger hunt proposal -- and Jessa said yes!
This past November, Jessa, 22, and Ben, 19, tied the knot in front of 1,000 people in Bentonville, Arkansas. (Don't worry, you'll get to see the lovely event later this season!) They've moved out of the Duggar home and are definitely enjoying life as newlyweds.
Jessa and Ben recently sat down with PEOPLE magazine to discuss their new, quieter life together as well as their big plans for the future. Ben, who himself is no stranger to large families (he is one of seven siblings), and Jessa have found it tough to get used to living in a less chaotic environment. "One thing I've had to adjust to," Jessa told PEOPLE, "is not having my siblings around - especially my sisters because we are so close."
But based on all of the Instagram pictures of the happy couple, they seem to be savoring their newfound alone time.
Jessa and Ben are also excited to grow their own family. And they've got plenty of older siblings to consult when it comes to parenting tips. Jessa's older brother Josh and his wife Anna are expecting their fourth child this year and Jessa's older sister Jill, who was married last summer, is pregnant with her first child. However, Jessa and Ben are considering going a different route.
"We hope to adopt a lot of kids," Jessa tells PEOPLE. "If God blesses us with biological kids of our own, it's not going to quench our desire to adopt."

Meanwhile back at the Duggars home, Ben and Jessa are working on their wedding and what they want to have there. Jessa wants to follow in her sister's footsteps and keep the cost down. Jessa and Ben load up the little boys and head over to the house that they will be living in. Josh and Anna lived in the same house for five years before moving to DC. Ben and Jessa learn that there is mold in the master bedroom that needs to be fixing.
Jessa reveals that Derick and Jill got the three story mansion because it was closer to his office and Jessa wanted a smaller home due to it's easier to clean.
Back when Jana and Jill had their wisdom teeth pulled a few years ago, Joy was helping out. Now that Joy had her wisdom teeth, the youngest Duggars are wanting to help their older sister while she gets better.
Jill heads over to go dress-up clothes shopping for a sleepover that she and Derick will be hosting with her younger sisters, (Johanna to Josie). All the little girls are so excited to be spending time with their older sister and their new brother-in-law.
At Jill's house, the little girls get all dress up and they have a chocolate fondue party. Derick paints many of the girls nails and Jill reveals that he is doing amazing since he is really good with the little girls. At bedtime, Derick reads the younger girls a bible story. Derick says that he enjoyed spending time with the girls, he is practicing for fatherhood.
The Duggars girls are in their bedroom to order coral bridesmaids dresses. Jessa chooses a style that is modest and hopefully won't need any alterations.
"If they don't like them, they are only going to be in them for a couple hours, so they'll live," says Jessa.
Derick and Jill head over to the Duggar family home after a month of marriage. She makes a confession and reveals that she is pregnant with their first child. The whole family is beyond excited about the fourth grandchild.
After telling her family, they decided that it's time to tell Josh and Anna that they are expecting their first child. Anna asked if she is pregnant with their first child and Jill admits that she is pregnant. Josh and Anna are excited for her and Derick.

Update on Derick's mom!
Many of our lovely readers would like an update on Derick's mom since the wedding.
Following the engagement of Derick and Jill, Derick's mom Cathy, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Now having it be 10 months later, Cathy is doing really good and just went to PET Scan and Bone marrow biopsy which both came back clear. She will have another check to see if it came back if the symptoms reappear.
Right before Derick and Jill said I do, her doctor did not think that she would survive another day but she proved them wrong and made it to see her son walked down the aside to married Jill. Cathy's story is a clear sign from the Lord that he is faithful to those that are faithful to him.
Jill reveals that Cathy is so excited to meet her first grandson that is due at the end of March!
