Recap: "A Toast to Love"
Derick is coming home tonight and Jill wants to bring her brothers and sister in the ready to celebrate his return. Jim Bob reveals that he has never seen his daughter excited about anything. It's time for the other members of the family to meet Jill's boyfriend.
When they arrived to the airport, Jill lines up everyone and holds up a sign in form of a heart that says she's waited for 60 days for this day. Derick's little brother and step-father are waiting for his return.
When Derick and Jill finally get close, they engaged in a full hug when the family normally prefers to do side hugs. Derick admits that the whole thing is a little bit overwhelming when he gives her family hugs. Josie asked him if he is going to marry Jill.
The parents decided to take out their daughters on a double date with both Ben and Derick. Michelle wanted to get a chance to get to know them better. They all enjoy the meal .
The kids get ready for their dinner party for their parents, Jana is in charge since she is the oldest one home. Joy Anna has to bring in help from her cousin Amy to teach the youngest duggars how to sing Jesus loves me. Joesph gets help from both Derick and Ben to make the stage while Jessa and Jinger make the dinner. What are the rest of the kids doing? Cleaning up the house for the night.
When Jim Bob and Michelle return home, they are surprised to see what the kids have done for them. They sit down and enjoy dinner while the kids perform both music and skits. Jeremiah had wrote a touching poem to his parents for all that they have done for all of the kids.

Jim Bob, Jill and Derick are heading to shop in a busy shopping district to buy the duggar children. Jim Bob wants to know what Jill likes about Derick and to make sure that everything is going well with him. Derick heads to buy Jill a heart necklace when he asks her to court. Derick then takes Jill and Jim Bob to a monkey temple in a three wheeled taxi.
Jill heads over to volunteer at a birthing center to see how different US is from Nepal. She checks to make sure that the baby is okay on a woman that is due in four weeks. The mom hears the baby's heartbeat for the first time. Jill wants to be a missionary and give medical care to moms and their children. While Jill is volunteering, Derick and Jim Bob headed to get a Nepali shave. When they get back, Jill is surprised that he got rid of his beard.
In Arkansas, James and Michelle practice on a slingshot while Jinger shows her younger sister Joy to make bread since it's going to be her job soon when the oldest get married and move out. Joy plans to make bread for the family at least once a week.
Michelle, Jana, Jinger, Jessa and Johannah head over to next door since their internet is not working and do a video conferencing with Jim Bob and Jill. Derick wants to know if there is something that he doesn't know about Jill and Jessa responds that she is one of the more emotional ones in their family which is a good thing because that means that she cares.
Jill and Jim Bob are about ready to make their way back home when Derick pulls her aside, He asked her if she wants to start courting since they are really close. Jill is happy to accept courting. Derick reveals the gift that he got her.
Jim Bob revealed that they have prayed for a godly man for his daughter and they have found him.
Derick has to wait about two and half months to meet the rest of Jill's family

Michelle Duggar on Getting Help with Homeschooling
Question from a "19 Kids and Counting" fan: How do you teach all the kids at once, especially with so many of the older ones becoming involved in other things and not being around to help out as much?
Because we do have so many kids, I still have some older ones with strengths in specific areas that pitch in and help. There are a lot of middle kids that are really good at disciplining and mentoring the younger ones.
But we also have some gaps now, specifically in music. I'm not very good at it and I'm not helpful at all. Luckily, I've got dear friends who teach music lessons to the kids and have also helped with phonics lessons. My friend Debbie Query’s daughters Mandy and Heidi help out in both of those areas.
Mandy is our music teacher; she’s the one that taught us all to play the violin. She comes over on Fridays and does individual lessons for most of the day. Starting at 4:00, we do group lessons. That’s when we practice playing music together with all of the different parts -- cellos, violins, piano, and harps. Mandy is really talented and helps us get our family orchestra together.
Heidi teaches music, too, and has recently started to help me with phonics. She makes sure that the little ones are crossing their T's and dotting their I's and grades their papers for me. That’s a huge help and so important to me.
Phonics is one of my favorite subjects. I just love teaching the kids to read. When it clicks and the light turns on and they start putting the letters together it’s such fun. Suddenly, they’re putting words together and making sentences. We’ll be driving down the road and they're reading signs and the billboards. It’s wonderful!
So yes, I have brought in extra help, and we've traded out with the Querys. They help us, and we help them, and it's been a beautiful thing. There are also groups in the area that will trade out skills. Someone will help you with math if you'll help them with science, etc. It’s really a great system.
